Eric has more than 15 years experiences both in finance and property industry. He started his career in local boutique share trading company right after graduation and then joined the global big banks in the Global Market division, servicing the top tier investment banks clients in the equity market. Eric has both Bachelor and Master degree in Banking and Finance. His vision, experience and ability serving corporate clients has put himself as a trustworthy manager for the investors of the funds.

Leon is a responsible manager for Tyche and has over 20 years' experience in the property and funds management industries across the office, retail, industrial and residential sectors.

Leon has held senior fund manager positions managing unlisted and listed property funds with assets totaling approximately $ 1 billion in value. He has also held the positions as Chief Investment Officer and Senior Property Analyst with privately owned property investment companies.

Leon holds a Bachelor of Business (double major accounting and business law), Master of Property (with distinction), is an associate of the Australian Property Institute and is a registered property valuer and a chartered accountant.
